24 Marker DNA Maternity Test
A DNA maternity test is a laboratory test in which the DNA of an alleged mother and child is analyzed to determine the possibility that the tested woman is the biological mother of the kid. Each of us receives 50% of our DNA from our biological mother and the other 50% of our biological father.
While testing the biological mother in a paternity test is advantageous, examining the biological father in a maternity test is typically not recommended. The main reason for this is that, if the maternity of a child is in question, then it is unlikely that the paternity of the child is individual.

Occasionally, a mother, family member suspects that a mix-up in the hospital maternity ward may have occurred. In the case of an adopted child who believes they may have located their birth mother can confirm if this is indeed true.
If a child is adopted, he or she may grow up wanting to find their biological parents.
